1/ Can you tell me an exact time the collection will occur?
Our normal rates cover collection between 8-00am and 6-00 pm on the date you requested. In most areas however we can book you a 2 hour window collection for example between 10-00 am and 12 noon for an additional $75.00

2/ What hours are your drop off terminals open?
Normal hours are 8-30 am until 5-30pm Monday to Friday. We are not open on weekends.

3/ When is payment due? Is there a deposit?
We do not charge any money up front except the U Cube service that has a $200 deposit. We normally invoice you in full about the time of collection or drop off and do need to be paid in full before we ship your things out of the USA.
4/ Why is there a 5% credit card processing fee?
The credit card companies charge us processing fees which can be quite high as we cannot get original signatures from you and quite often payment is being paid for with a foreign address credit card. As our rates are very competitive we just don’t have this 5% margin in our rates and it would be unfair to those who want to pay by check for example.

5/ What if I don’t know my destination address yet?
No problem, as long as we have a phone number or email address and the nearest big city you want it to go to we can ship it on its way. You can email us later with the delivery address when you find a place.
6/ Does your price include insurance?
Our prices are all inclusive of shipping charges door to door but insurance is extra. Our most popular is our Silver option which is 2% of the value you list all your items to be. So if the total insurance value is $5,000 then 2% would mean the premium would be $100. For more information on insurance please click here.

imagesCA4O7XAG 7/ Can I get reimbursement if the trucker shows up late?
Unfortunately not if it’s due to unforeseen circumstances like a traffic accident, breakdown, flat tire, delay caused by port or security personnel but these instances are very rare and 95% of our trucking services arrive on time. We do point this out in our contract up front.
8/ Do your shipping containers come with a loading ramp?
No they do not come with a loading or walk ramp. As the containers are on the back of a trailer if you have some heavy items you need help with I suggest hiring a local mover with a ramp for a few hours to help load or hire a truck with a tail lift.

9/ I can’t find the address of your terminal on the web site?
That’s correct. We don’t publish the addresses as we have to do some paperwork between us before you show up so that everything goes according to plan and the terminal is expecting you. Once we have the paperwork done we will email you a bill of lading with the terminal address and booking number on it you can drop off your boxes or load a U Crate or U Pod.
